Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Richard Swerdlow, Chief Executive Officer, is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of web development and Internet marketing experience. He is responsible for the Company's strategic direction and operations. He founded Condo.com in 2005 and has developed the portal into the leading condo site in the world. He subsequently acquired the Houses.com domain to replicate the successful business model as an online real estate platform for single-family homes. As part of the Houses.com venture, he partnered with an $11B mortgage investment firm.
In 2014, Swerdlow acquired Property.com (and Properties.com) and created a joint venture with EarlyShares, a leading crowdfunding platform. Property.com was launched by the joint venture in early 2015 as a category-defining commercial real estate site. Previously, Swerdlow founded Everything Wireless, the first consumer cataloger and Internet retailer which provided national distribution of wireless phones and accessories. The Company grew to $100 million in revenues with over 750,000 active customers and was sold to Federated Department Stores in 2000.
Swerdlow began his career practicing law in the Public Finance Department of Greenberg Traurig, Miami, Florida where he helped structure bond financing's for a variety of municipal clients as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel. He is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations and a licensed Real Estate Broker in multiple states.
Swerdlow has been interviewed and quoted as an expert in real estate and Internet marketing in various publications and media outlets including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Miami Herald and affiliates of NBC and ABC. He has appeared as a guest on CBNC and Fox & Friends. He is mentor and judge for the University of Miami Business Plan Challenge.

Chief Financial Officer
Justin serves as CFO and financial advisor for the Company. He helped develop a sound and scalable financial model and will be the primary interface with investors on this opportunity. Justin has over 14 years experience advising boards of directors and senior management teams in the education, information, digital real estate, medical, and technology industries. Previously, Justin worked as a banker with Scott-Macon, Ltd.
He received his BA from Cornell University and a M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Fellow. Justin has also earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation, the most respected and recognized investment designation in the world.
Mr. Irizarry lives in Miami, FL, where he was born and raised.
Chief Technology Officer
Liam Dayan joined the Company as the Chief Technology Officer in January 2012. Liam serves as the Company's top technology architect, ensuring that IT and business strategies are aligned while developing new tactics to increase the Company's bottom line. He is responsible for directing all site system and database architecture and design, including security and e-commerce.
Liam is most recently the Founder and CEO of createCORE, a technology consulting and development firm with a specialization in online real estate, data and search. He brings over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, and previously served as the CTO of Onboard Informatics and GM of their Listings Platform. Prior to Onboard, he was the Founder and Principal Architect of Comp-Elite Solutions, Inc., where he consulted on technology matters to such companies as Microsoft, NCCI, Burger King, Interim Healthcare and others. His IT leadership role in several other companies including eNeighborhoods and Internet Advertising Group, contributed to unmasked company growth and dramatic technical advancements. Liam enjoys playing the harmonica in his spare time.
Chief Information Officer
Jason Seymour joined the Company as Chief Information Officer in January 2012. Jason directs the Company's technology infrastructure and development. He leads all internal IT operations, including managing in-house and off-shore development teams and quality assurance.
Jason is most recently the COO and Co-Founder of createCORE best known for his extensive knowledge of emerging technologies and building effective IT teams. Prior to createCORE, he led the engineering effort at Onboard Informatics, spearheading the creation of expert systems. Jason also helped lead the effort to grow the technology team and product lines at eNeighborhoods. He has served on the boards and as CTO to several companies - all of which have enjoyed the benefits of his experience consulting in the marketing technology field to companies such as Taylor Corporation, First Marketing and Microsoft. Jason lives in South Florida with his wife of 15 years.
Chief Revenue Officer
Jody Desnoyers joined the team in January 2010 as Director of Training & Development and was promoted to the position of Chief Revenue Officer in 2012. In this role, Desnoyers oversees all revenue channels including the real estate broker network, agent product sales, advertising sales, affiliate partnerships, lead sales and business development initiatives. He has been instrumental in new market expansion, listing inventory growth and the development of a number of key national partnerships. Desnoyers also developed the Company's agent training platform - Condo University and supports development of LeadViewer, the Company's proprietary lead management and routing application.
Desnoyers has over a decade of online real estate experience acquired from his previous roles as Broker of Record / Regional Sales Manager for RealEstate.com and Director of Operations for Home Discovery where he managed and trained teams of agents responsible for thousands of closed real estate transactions. He began his career as an agent with Foxtons where he listed over 200 properties in his first 18 months. Desnoyers holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
Senior Vice President Operations
Michael joined the team in 2014 to grow and manage the Company’s proprietary building database and curation system. He has developed scalable processes to curate new buildings and fulfill agent advertising products. He has over a decade of experience in account management, marketing, and sales within the financial services industry.
Michael was previously an investment banker with Guzman & Company where he managed Treasury Services and an online money market portal. He was also an associate at PIMCO, a leading global investment manager. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University, attending on a swimming scholarship where he swam with two national championship teams. Michael enjoys spending as much time as possible in the ocean.
