Hey Matt...great question.
With all the technology available today i like to create my own virtual tours using my blackberry device. I start by taking a video using my phone and walking around the condo then transfer the video segments to my computer. Condo.com allows you to upload these segments directly to your listing on the site to compliment your photos and floorplans. The best part about creating virtual tours this way is that it is free.
