How does a disabled 56 year old woman, after raising four children, doing foster care, and daycare for years. How can I being on Social Security(SSI), with a few debit problems, how can I own my own home, and stop renting? I just desire my own three bedroom/3 bath to do foster care/adoption again, and that my ten grandchildren can some day visit, and see grandma with some that's her's. New beginnings in Chula Vista, CA. A lease/purchase with $0.00 to low down. I'm desiring to start my own property management/legal document assistant/notary public multi-businesses, but I need a permnant address to do that, and a neighborhod location, that it is permitted to do this type of home-based business.
