The market is doing better everyday. Rates are low, prices have dropped, and it is almost cheaper to buy than rent! check out www.TheMiamicondo.com for great deals!

Now would be a good time for both i feel. I live in a townhouse and pay monthly rent to the owner. I feel lucky not being locked in a long term 30 year mortgage. Now if i had an endless supply of money i would see these times as an opportunity to buy properties homes owner can afford to keep!
