I have a hud voucher. All an owner has to do is fill out the application and get a safety check. nothing complicated. the very cool thing is that you always get your rent. I have a good job, I am a college grad and have good credit. Please let me know when I can come see your schaumburg apartment or condo. thank you. Linda |
