$8000. tax credit as down payment

Are you aware that as of May 29th , 2009 as long as you have an FHA approved property , that you can apply up to $8000. tax credit to the down payment over and above the minimum down required which is 3.5% ? Contact me for further information if you need it . Aloha , Rob Huber RA
