article states, "distressed, low-end properties have sparked bidding wars in

particular, recent home sales activity on Hilton Head Plantation has
seen multiple bids on a variety of homes and not only those at the lower end of
the price range. While bidding activity on foreclosure or distressed properties
is brisk, it is spilling over into the more moderately priced homes also, as
indicated by MLS statistics". Houle continues, "other plantations such as
Wexford, Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes and
Indigo Run are also seeing similar kinds of activity. The market is clearly
indicating that buyers are reengaging and are on the hunt for attractive home

limited amount of homes at rock bottom prices and that is leading to buyers
