For everyone having trouble finding condo and condotel financing, our lenders are not Fannie Mae with all of their restrictions.  These are portfolio lenders so they adhere to their own guidelines.  If your project has been classified as a condotel then we have financing at 70%LTV.  Minimum loan amount is $150,000.  For all those who have responded in the last few months, thank you!!  This lending program has generated a great deal of activity due to the scarcity of condotel financing.
