About Me  
Laurie McIntosh is a gifted real estate sales professional and business development strategist with a 30-year track record in the sales and management of luxury high-rise single family, loft, condominium, condo-hotel, commercial and resort properties.

Having served as an independent consultant to a group developing a 10 year project on Grand Bahaman Island in conjunction with Foxwoods Casino, Laurie made a solid decision to join a world class sales and marketing group-S&P Destination Properties where she began sales and marketing with a first class resort developer in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

On the first day of accepting purchase contracts-the team of 4 successfully sold $45 million in sales that allowed construction to begin on Edgemont, which is a 5 star ski-in ski-out residential condominium property. Laurie contributed $20 million to the success of the sales volume.

From January to March 2007, Ms. McIntosh was asked to join the sale’s team for Trump Tower Palm Beach where she sold her allotment of 20 multi-million dollar properties within a 3- month period. Her success was partially due to the relationships she built with The Trump Organization and it’s agents as well as the many successful Palm Beach Brokers.

She also served as a principal partner with Quorum Real Estate handling pre-sales for The Blue Rose, a billion dollar condo-hotel /Convention Center which is located in Orlando, Fla. She was responsible for providing sales training both nationally and internationally and establishing the community’s pricing, marketing and launch strategies. Sales exceeded $250 million within a two-day period.

In 2004, the top-ranked sales professional joined E.B. Developers of Boca Raton, Fla., as director of sales and marketing, where she created the in-house sales and marketing department. Among her responsibilities were implementing local, national and international sales and marketing plans, conducting market research and overseeing the merchandising of the company’s sales centers.

Additionally. She served as a consultant to several E.B. Developer’s Florida communities in Coral Gables, Doral, Orlando and Dadeland.

As a consultant for Florida and Georgia real estate developers, Laurie has provided troubleshooting and S.W.O.T. (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats/trends) marketing. Her company was responsible for sales, growth strategies, agent training, budget formation and price point assessments.


Laurie’s initial entry into the onsite real estate industry was serving as a sales agent for Atlanta-based Morris & Raper Real Estate. Her duties included leading the sales and new construction pre-sales of luxury residential properties where she quickly earned the
reputation of being a “closer” and was sought after by leading developers throughout the country.


A lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, she is also a member of the RE/MAX Executive Club and has received special recognition from the National Association of Realtors for “exceeding the national average by over 200 percent” which earned Laurie a spot in the top 1% nationally.
