    Its a very noisy buliding!!

    I have lived at 200 Leslie Drive. Its a very noisy building,you can hear the people walking on the upper floors, noisy neigbors all around yet you cant even put the radio on because the condo cammando's will knock on your door and believe me theres one on every floor watching everything you do. The hallways smells like old food and mold. If you enjoy any of the above mentioned then this place is for you.....

    We moved from a home to 200 Leslie and chose to rent to see if we liked this new style of living. We had an excellent landord and quiet and friendly neighbors. We liked the building so much we bought a unit that fits perfectly into our style of living. Every area has its issues. You have to decide if you want to ignore the problems or be part of the solutions. We highly recommend this building.<br/>Sue B

    High Mainentance Fees and And Not Enough Fines Being Given To Rule Breakers.

    The Condo is in a good location and includes a pool, spa, tennis courts, barbecue area and a gym but for all that it offers it gets a major thumbs down for high maintenance fees (just under seven hundred dollars a month for the largest unit) dirty hallway carpeting, unfinished hallways with exposed ceiling pipes and cluttered balconys. The building is also extrememly noisy at times with uncaring tenants coming in at all hours talking loud in the parking lots and in the hallways during the early morning hours. Also, it's not uncommon to find a puddle of dog urine near the elevators or on hallway carpeting as lazy tenants don't attempt to clean the soiled areas. The bottom line - if you're looking for a clean condo and one for peace and quiet this place isn't for you.

    Great Locataion People Friendly

    Every building has issues. We are beginning to update our halls, carpet, paint and smooth walls. This will increase the value of our property. Be realistic nothing lasts forever even in a house you must continue to put money in the house to for maintainence. Our maintenance fees are needed to keep our building up to date. The right Management Company is a great resource to help take the burden off the board and keep the residents informed.

    we purchased in 2015, June - we were very excited, unit was lovely and corner unit so we had a tremendous view. They have completed renovations on the interior and are very nice - once in a blue moon we would see a piddle in the elevator but they would be quick to clean up (mgmt.) however I feel it is the dog owner's responsibility. amenities are great, pool, gym, sauna, movie room, library, function room - my issue is with the near unwillingness, practically combative attitude of the hired management company director to treat this like a job rather than a personal vendetta. she seems to take most things personal when they are not - she will get in your face - and act like we are attacking her as opposed to the rules - more like she works for the board than the owners. moving in on weekends seem to be a no no which is odd since that is when most people have time. after 5 is an absolute no no - even if you work all day - too bad - just silly concrete rules that never fluctuate. 1 cart for 260 units - if you need to unload your car of whatever - you are at mercy of whomever took - building itself as an inanimate object is fine, management a whole other story.
