For those who want serene peace with a lovely golf course view...this is it. What a differnence from the standard fare. The soft colors chosen throughout, give you a mood change the moment you walk in. The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and the master bath has a magnificent jacuzzi tub.(much appreciated after a long day at the parks or shops)Then...there is the view! Pure heaven! Come see.Check out the garage floor, tiled with Spanish tile. Gorgeous! Obviously the golf course is fantastic. If you like a challenge you will find it here. After you play your heart out...go...have lunch on site at the clubhouse! Maybe you would like to go fishing in Lake Joe for a while, it is just down from the entrance. They tell me there are some nice fish to be caught! The community is only about 30 minutes from Walt Disney World. Naturally, there is a lot of shopping just outside the gates...and restaurants...loads of them! Manny's Chop House is just down the street! If all this hasn't told you what a great place this is then I've failed my mission! The house itself it lovely and the community just as great. The current owner really wants to sell and we will work with you to make it as easy as possible.
