    Amazing project in the heart of Brickell

    The Developer spent and spent and then spent some more. Great complex right on the neck of the Miami River that meets Biscayne Bay. The prices have come down but mostly on the more undesireable units. The Developer has moved the pre-constructions buyers into only one tower and is not releasing units to be sold until that tower is filled up, so there is somewhat of a limited inventory to look at eventhough over all there is a ton of vacancy. The life style is off the charts and once this market starts to correct itself and people start buying again this will be an amazing place to call home.<br/><br/>Chris Galgano<br/>Broker Associate
