you dont want to buy into this condo building b. there are ex-convicts, registered sex offenders, crime and the board of directors steal money. The board of directors dont maintain the building, raise the fees for no reason. The management is charging the unit owners for time he isn't even in his office. the amernities are not worth anything special. They have a pool that is hardly ever cleaned. the location is alright but for what your paying for you would expect a gated community. The property values are 27.6% lower than a community without a pedaphile. Richard Schey is a bully, alcoholic and cheats on his wife and his wife knows it too.
