Where can I edit my profile?
To edit your profile, start at the Condo.com homepage. Click the Sign-In button on the top right corner of the page and enter your e-mail and password as prompted. If you are already logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner of the page and then select "My Account". Once your Account opens, you can manage and edit your profile settings and preferences through the links next to your photo.
How can I cancel my account?
Please remember that your Condo.com account is free and allows you to browse thousands of listings from around the world, access useful resources and connect with members in the Condo.com community. To cancel your free account, please email support@condo.com with your request, including the reason why you wish to cancel, and we will process the cancellation.
How can I cancel my 7-day subscription?
The 7-day free trial to view foreclosure listings is provided by our partner, Foreclosure.com. Their services and subscriptions are independent from Condo.com. Please contact their Customer Service Center with any issues regarding subscriptions or billing related to foreclosure data services. Their Customer Service department is open Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm EST and can be reached at 1.800.535.6945. You can also visit them on the web at: http://www.foreclosure.com/contact.html.
I am not an advertiser – so how did my listing get onto your website?
Condo.com has a large partnership network of 30+ domestic and international websites. We receive listings from a variety of partners and provide exposure for such listings to qualified buyer and renter traffic. Your listing may have been uploaded to Condo.com from one of our partner sites or may be listed on one or more MLS-affiliated sites giving you extra exposure. If you are not familiar with our website or you see any abnormality with the information on your listing, please contact your listing agent or the source of the listing to perform any changes or updates. You can always contact Condo.com at support@condo.com to make changes or request removal of a listing.
How can I unsubscribe to Condo.com newsletters and emails?
You can unsubscribe from our emails by signing-in to your account from the top right corner of the site. From your account, select the Subscriptions link next to your image and then click on the red X for the newsletter you wish to be unsubscribed from. Saved search email alerts can also be removed.

Does Condo.com charge a commission if my condo is sold?
Condo.com does not charge commissions on the sale of properties advertised on the site unless such commission is spelled out in a separate commission agreement with the seller. Leads are sent directly to advertisers, keeping you, the seller in control of the selling process.
How do I list my property?
To list a property, click the Sellers button at the top of the site. You can choose to List your Property (post an ad) or to list your property with a Condo.com agent. To list your property on the site, click the “List Now” button to begin the listing process. You will be guided through an easy-to-use self-listing process to list your condo for sale or for rent. Can I list my condo for rent on Condo.com?
Yes, Condo.com has rental programs for individual renters and for property managers with multiple properties or rental communities. You can view all listing and advertising options here.
Can I list multiple properties or an entire building on the site?
Yes. Condo.com has several programs that allow you to list multiple properties or your entire building on the site. You can list multiple properties as a Power Seller or an entire development with our developer listing program. You can view all listing and advertising options here.
When is my listing going to be displayed on the website?
Provided you have entered all the information accurately and completed the process by pressing the “Publish” button, your listing should appear live on the site and within the search results within one hour of publishing.
How do I find and preview my listing on Condo.com?
Once your listing is published, you may log in to your account, select your listing and click preview. Otherwise, simply perform a search with the parameters of your listing. You can enter the City, State, Zip, Building Name, or MLS ID along with the price range and number of bedrooms / bathrooms to perform your search.
How can I edit my listing?
Sign-in to your account and locate your listing. Click Edit on the specific property and this will take you to the 3-step process used to publish your listing. You are able to make changes at any time.
Where else will my listing get exposure when I list on Condo.com?
Once you have completed the listing process (and included at least one photo) your listing will be automatically syndicated to various partner websites around the world. Click here to view a current list of partner websites.
How long will my listing stay on Condo.com?
You can choose to advertise your listing for 30-days or 1-year.
Why isn't my listing displayed on your partner websites?
We have a large group of domestic and international partner sites. Listings are syndicated to sites that specialize in similar property types or locations. For example, international listings will not always be syndicated to a partner site that focuses exclusively on US properties. Certain other limitations can also prevent syndication, including the absence of photos or other material listing information controlled by the owner or location. Please note that syndication is a free, value-added aspect of your listing and does not require an additional fee.
How do I view the performance of my ads?
Detailed performance of your ad can be found by running a Lead Report for your listings. This report is accessed by signing-in to your account and selecting the "Lead Report" from the sub-navigation bar beneath the main navigation. You will be prompted to enter a date range for the desired reporting period. Once you have chosen report dates, click "Submit" and the system will generate a report showing Impressions, Detail Views, and Leads for your listing (s).

  • Impressions – the number of people that have viewed your ad in search results
  • Detail Views - the number of people that have viewed listing details
  • Leads - the number of people that have requested information by filling out a request more information form.
What happens when a buyer makes an inquiry on my property listing on?
When a buyer makes an inquiry, a lead notification is sent to the seller’s specified email address. The seller can then sign into their account, view the inbox for the lead, and respond by clicking on the Reply button.
How can I check and retrieve my leads?
When leads are generated on your property listing(s), buyer or renter information and the related message is sent to your Condo.com account inbox. An email alerting you of the pending lead is sent to your email address on file with Condo.com. Leads in your account inbox can be read and managed by logging into your account and selecting the "Mailbox" sub-navigation link directly beneath the main navigation. Your mailbox provides access to your Messages, Leads, Comments, Friend Requests and an archive of your sent messages in different tabs.

  • Messages – where all general messages sent to your account are delivered.
  • Leads – where all incoming leads for your property listings are delivered and stored.
  • Comments –comments inserted in public view on the site regarding your profile or property listings.
  • Friend Requests – messages from community members who want to be associated or "friends" with you.
Can I organize my property images?
Once your unit is listed, you can easily edit and organize your uploaded pictures. Sign-In to your account and select the edit button in the specific listing shown on the page. This will take you to the 3-step process used to publish your listing. Pictures are displayed with the default or main image first and followed by the rest - in the order they were uploaded. You can select the default image and order by entering a numerical order next to each image.
Will the name of my images be displayed? If so where?
Yes. The names of the images will appear at the bottom left of each image in the main image window.
What are the benefits of a "Featured Listing"?
Featured listings are an upgrade that can be selected at the time of listing selection and are displayed at the top of relevant search results pages with a “Featured” design. Featured listings generate more impressions and views and, on average, generate 5x more leads than basic listings.
How can I delete a listing that is no longer active?
Listings that are no longer active are kept in your account for your records and to make future listing easy if you want to re-list the same or a similar listing. To Deactivate a listing, sign-in to My Account and select the Deactivate button next to the listing. The listing will not be displayed on the site until you Re-activate it.
I published my listing but I do not see my phone number.
In order to ensure privacy on your account and to prevent the submission of unqualified leads, Condo.com does not display your phone number directly on your listing. Users are required to send a message from their Condo.com account for authenticity purposes.

How can I terminate recurring advertising services?
You can easily terminate recurring advertising services on Condo.com by logging in to your account, selecting Billing from the sub-navigation bar directly beneath the primary navigation tabs and clicking on the Recurring Services tab. Once there, click the Terminate check box next to the recurring service and the selected advertising and all related billing will be terminated.
