Owners Suites®, a luxury condo-hotel management company, has launched their "Star Rental Program". It will offer owners a guaranteed minimum monthly income for their unit, membership to Las Vegas' exclusive Stirling Club and access to Owners Suites VIP services. The program faced delays while ensuring the legality of this venture as it does take power out of the hands of the original condo developers. However, by partnering with a 5-star luxury hotel management company, Owners Suites can offer options previously unavailable to owners such as renting these units out on a nightly basis. This provides more return on investment while maintaining the owner functionality of these units.
