Over 300 condos that have been built in Saratoga Springs New York over the past ten years, and almost another 300 are currently under construction. Of those now under way, 44 condos are located in the region’s first hotel-condo complex at 38 High Rock. Here you will find 44 luxury condo units in conjunction with a Hampton Inn and Suites, a restaurant, and approximately 7,500 square feet of retail space. Those involved are pleasantly surprised at the interest in the 1-3 bedroom condo units priced from $400,000 to $1.5 million despite a slow holiday season.

About 33 percent of the condos had already sold since June with the first closing due in October.
