home in Los Angeles for $7.5 million. The actor and his partner of 25 years purchased the home in 2008 for $3.625 million. They also own a
condo in New York City, as well as a home in the Hamptons.
The house located at 2400 Inverness Avenue in the gated Los Feliz community features 8,184 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, large kitchen with service area, living room highlighted by a baronial fireplace, library, media room, full-scale gymnasium, swimming pool, sauna, and underground wine cellar.
David Hyde Pierce is best known for his 9-year run on the television sitcom "Frazier," where he played Dr. Niles Crane. He is also an accomplished film and theater actor, having won multiple Emmy and Tony awards for his work.
