Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany’s spacious penthouse in the

New York City is on the market for $8.495 million. The husband and wife actors bought the home at 288 West Street about four years ago for $6.9 million after selling their 18-room mansion in Brooklyn, N.Y., for $8.45 million.
