Major League Baseball star Alex “A-Rod” Rodriquez has sold his luxury
New York City condo just 11 months after purchasing it. Located in the 41-story Rushmore condominium building on
Manhattan's west side, the condo has four bedrooms, an entry hallway featuring Marilyn Monroe artwork, white walls, white ceiling and white-wood floors.
The glass-walled apartment on the 35th floor at 80 Riverside Boulevard offers substantial views over the Hudson River. The home was put on the market in October 2011 with an asking price of $8 million. It was not immediately known who the buyer is and what price was paid.
