The National Basketball Association's
Los Angeles Clippers star Chris Paul just bought pop diva Avril Lavigne's 12,000-square-foot
mansion in Bel Air, California, for $9.8 million. The luxury property has been on the market since last spring. Paul is on a $68 million contract with the NBA club.

The eight-bedroom Mediterranean-style mansion has a 10-car garage, gym with a sauna, a wine cellar, and an outdoor living room that leads to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbecue center.

Chris Paul, former
New Orleans Hornets player, was recently traded to the Clippers.
