One Atlanta Developer is making sure a condo at The Mansion on Peachtree Hotel and residences is beneficial to your health.

Developers of The Mansion on Peachtree, Hotel and Residences in Atlanta are offering an incentive previously unheard of in residential real estate. They have teamed up with Atlanta-based MD on Call to provide residents a two-year in-condo medical plan. These doctors can perform much of the functions of a traditional family doctor, only with the added convenience that they come to you.

This incentive is geared towards aging baby boomers who are already in the process of downsizing homes for the convenience of condo living. This service comes at a total cost of $30,000 per unit to the developer. While other real estate professionals see this as another gimmick to stem price reductions while still boosting sales, developers here hope this will be "just what the doctor ordered".
