Rental Property Features Luxury Condo-Like AmenitiesReal estate agents and brokers are being lured to attract lessee’s at Fort Lauderdale’s Satori luxury rental community by offering $1,500 in commission for each signed lease. The eco-friendly
community boast’s a higher commission structure than any of their competitors. To help spread the word, Satori is hosting realtor and broker luncheons at their leasing center, which features a 40-inch interactive Sales Touch System that allows prospective residences to view high-resolution images of the floor plans, apartment views, amenities and the entire Satori community, all from within the leasing center.
Although a rental community, Satori is the first of its kind in
Florida to offer residents customizations including granite, flooring and paint styles. Vice President of Property Management Cathy Cabell is quick to point out that the full service complex offers all the amenities and luxuries found in high-dollar condominiums without the condo fees.
Amongst these amenities are an 8,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center, yoga studio, game room with billiards, spa treatment rooms, wine lockers and Wi-Fi. The pool terrace is equipped with a heated infinity-edge pool, whirlpool spa, cabanas and a waterfall cascade. A Gazebo Sports Bar with five HDTVs will also be located by the pool. Other areas of the complex will feature a meditation garden, a special park designed for pets, a five-story parking garage and over 12,000 square feet of retail space. Just across the street are tennis courts, jogging trails and sports fields. The downtown area beaches are also close by.
Taking advantage of the growing trend to be “eco-friendly”, Satori’s developers have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to make the complex more “green” such as providing solar power assisted common area lighting, a chlorine-free pool, high efficiency air conditioning and energy efficient stainless steel appliances. Not only are they more eco-friendly, but the energy costs absorbed by the residences will be less than similar traditionally built units.
