R&B singer-songwriter Alicia Keys and her producer husband Swizz Beatz are selling their
New York City condo just two years after buying it from singer-songwriter Lenny Kravitz. The
condo for sale in SoHo, a neighborhood whose name comes from its location south of Houston Street, is on the market with an asking price of $17.95 million.
The celebrity pair bought the triplex penthouse located at 30 Crosby Street in 2010 for $14.5 million.
The 6,167-square-foot apartment has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, four half-baths, media room, wine cellar, a floating glass staircase and a terrace that measures 3,000 square feet.
The 13-unit condo building is a restored corset factory that was built in the late 1800s. Alicia Augello Cook, 31, whose stage name is Alicia Keys, is a native of New York City. Her hubby, Swizz Beatz, 33, born Kasseem Dean, is a Bronx, N.Y., native and is a DJ, record producer and rapper.
