Upscale Buffalo Condos Planned To Sell
Twenty eight upscale residential units atop the Avant building in downtown Buffalo are the most expensive ever built, but the developers stay optimistic as the condos are slated to hit the housing market.
Despite the average asking price of $777,000, Uniland Development Co., the firm behind the Avant project, plans to sell all of the residences within the next 24 to 30 months. The units are located on the top three floors of the 15 story former federal building with windows spanning from the floor to the ceiling. Other amenities also include granite countertops, Viking ranges, and an in-building Embassy Suites hotel, restaurant and office suites.
Similar nearby luxury condo sales continue to stay in high demand as there seems to be no shortage of those willing to shell out more money for a higher standard of living. Along with these units in the Avant building, ranging from the mid $300,000's to $1.73 million, developers continue to plan additional luxury condos nearby.
