Pamela holds the prestigious Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designations, and is working on several designations simultaneously: Internet Professionalism (ePro), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She also is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, a registered HUD agent and is a certified Workforce Housing agent, where she was trained to receive customer inquiries on workforce and affordable housing finance programs. In addition, she has attended courses on investment properties. Experience
Pamela has a background of public service, mostly public relations, administration and research. She graduated cum laude from the University of the District of Columbia with a BA in Journalism and is pursuing her MS in Public Relations Management at the University of Maryland University College. She is a 15-year veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves, where she served as a Public Affairs Officer. Real estate came naturally for Pamela, especially with a husband who is a home improvement contractor and a family with several generations of real estate investors. Her background and experience, combined with her superb training through Long and Foster Real Estate, Inc., prepared Pamela to handle the most complicated real estate transactions.
