Christie Welch, an Atlanta native, started her real estate career in 2004 as a closing processor and quickly obtained her real estate license in order to launch her career as an Atlanta real estate specialist. In 2005, Christie began working with Jennifer Kjellgren, an established agent, and learned exactly what it takes to become a top-producing agent. Since 2005, Christie & Jennifer’s business has grown rapidly. The two moved to Re/Max Metro Atlanta Cityside in 2008, working under the name Intown Expert, Jennifer Kjellgren and Associates.
As a listing partner and buyer’s agent at Intown Expert, Jennifer Kjellgren and Associates, Christie works with all property types, including condos, townhomes, lofts, and single family homes. With every real estate transaction, Christie strives to make the journey an exciting, yet smooth, experience by setting her standards of excellence high and always remaining organized and detail-oriented. She is known for giving expert advice, providing continued communication, pricing accurately, and respecting her clients’ time. She also believes that educating her clients throughout the transaction enables them to make smart, informed real estate decisions.
Christie is an active member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and her neighborhood association. She received a B.S. in Psychology from Berry College.
