Closing at $3,150,000, Sabbia Beach unit 1704 was the largest sale in Broward and Palm Palm Beach for the week ending October 9th. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, floor to ceiling windows, generous balconies, ocean views, private beach and first class amenities. The sale was represented by Tara Hoyer and Cindy Leventhal. The second largest sale at $1,850,000 was in Las Olas Beach Club. The new owners will enjoy public areas by world renowned Yabu Pushelberg, oceanfront pool deck, world-class fitness center and spa. Gianpierre Giusti represented the Seller and and Tika Van Den Hurk brought the Buyer. Represented by Rochelle LeCavalier and Alejandro Salazar was the third largest sale at Alina Residences in Boca Raton. Unit 808 with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths sold for $1,665,000. Amenities include private rooftop pool, tropical landscaping, fitness center, salt and steam rooms, sauna, meditation garden and yoga room. There were 299 Sales totaling $85,855,115. Average Sales Price was $287,140 with 50 Days on Market
