The top sale was residence 1103 that closed for $5,800,000. While the third highest sale was $4,450,000 for unit 1403 where Larry Revier brought the Buyer. Sneaking in as the second highest sale ($5,300,000) was 5000 North Ocean unit 1501 in Singer Island. This 3 bedroom home features an open floor plan with lots of natural light, spacious balconies, gorgeous ocean views and amazing location. The transaction was represented by Wolfgang Velasco and Jonathan Santiago. Summer sales remain hot in Broward and Palm Beach with 395 Sales totaling $175,120,458. The Average Sale Price was $443,342 and 38 Days on Market.
