Luxury amenities are a big draw for Condo Sales

Penthouse 1001 at the beautiful Adagio Fort Lauderdale was the largest sale of the week closing at $4,500,000 for a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath residence in this unique boutique building. Other amenities include roof top pool, fitness center, clubroom and pet grooming. The transaction was represented by Grant Lundberg. The second largest sale was unit 208 at One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton. Selling for $2,900,000, this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home enjoys private elevator entrance and high quality finishes in a curved nautilus shaped building that provides unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean, intracoastal, Boca Inlet and Beach Club. Senada Adzem represented the Seller and Susan Frost brought the Buyer. Located on the grounds of the Boca Resort, unit 108-S at Mizner Grand sold for $2,850,000. World-class amenities include two lakefront pools, fitness center, club rooms, golf, tennis and spa. The Seller and Buyer were represented by Scott Eckert and Jonathan Postma. Overall numbers were down from previous weeks due to the holiday weekend. There were 255 Sales in Broward and Palm Beach totaling $81,357,265. The Average Sale Price was $319,048 and 55 Days on Market.
