Miami was the top city with 54 closings for a total of $17.339 million. Miami Beach had a total sales volume of $13.747 million with a reported 21 sales. Bal Harbour followed with a sales volume of $4.539 million with 3 transactions.
The top condo sale of the week was a luxury unit at 1 Hotel & Homes in Miami Beach. This three-bedroom, 2,233 square foot property at 102 24th Street sold for $5,000,000, or $2,239.14 per square foot. Tracy Gayla sold this condo after 107 days on the market.
