At the Ritz Carlton Miami Beach a few miles south, unit 627 sold for $5,200,000. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom open floor plan home with views of the city and Surprise Lake was represented by Jennifer Markovich with Carl Gambino bringing the Buyer. The third highest sale was the 2 bed, 2.5 bath residence 2303 at the Continuum South Beach that closed for $3,450,000 and was represented by Denis Smykalov and Ronit Perez. Sales remain strong for the last week in July with 285 Sales totaling $154,310,395. The Average Sale Price was $543,346.46 and 122 Days on Market.
