The Miami-Dade condo market had a strong opening to the month of February. Last week, there were 156 sales for a total sales volume of $57,306,432. The average price for a condo was $367,348.92, or $283.13 per square foot.
Miami was the top market with 67 closings for a total of $19.719 million. Miami Beach followed with 22 sales for a total of $12.847 million, while Aventura had 15 transactions for $5.605 million.
The top sale of the week was a luxury unit at The Setai in Miami Beach. This two bedroom, 1,316 square foot condo at 101 20th Street sold for $3,400,000, or $2,583.59 per square foot. Lourdes Gutierrez sold this property after being on the market for 251 days .
The outlook looks to be optimistic for a great February in the Miami Dade condo market.
