Miami was the top city with 56 reported closings for a total volume of $14.679 million. Key Biscayne followed with a total sales volume of $7.458 million over just 4 luxury sales. Miami Beach had 16 transactions for total sales of $7.096 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a spacious four bedroom luxury unit at Chateau Beach Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. This 5,210 square foot condo sold for $4,750,000, or $911.71 per square foot. After being on the market for 201 days, this property was sold by Daniel Snyder.
The Miami Dade condo market is looking to pick up the pace in August.
