The Miami Dade condo market slowed only slightly during this past holiday week. There were 109 sales for a total of $54,854,244. The average price for a condo was $503,249.95, or $366.14 per square foot.
Miami was the top city with 48 closings for a total of $17.616 million. Miami Beach reported 15 sales for $9.861 million. Sunny Isles followed with a sales volume of $9.792 million and 7 transactions.
The top condo sale of the week was a spacious three-bedroom unit at Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles. This 4,609 square foot property at 17749 Collins Avenue sold for $5,450,000, or $1,182.47 per square foot. This condo was sold by Yansy Checa after being on the market for 67 days.
The outlook for the Miami Dade condo market remains hot through the summer.
