Miami was the top city with 52 sales for $16.963 million. Bal Harbour followed with 2 closings that totaled $10.100 million. Miami Beach had 15 transactions for a total of $7.917 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a luxury unit at Oceana Bal Harbour. This spacious three-bedroom, 5,780 square foot condo at 10201 Collins Avenue sold for a jaw-dropping $8,600,000, or $1,487.89 per square foot. This property was sold by Matias Alem after 426 days on the market.
The Miami Dade condo market remains optimistic through February.
