The top condo sale of the week was a unit at the Continuum South Beach in Miami Beach. This spacious two-bedroom, 1,595 square foot property at 100 Pointe Drive sold for $2,675,000, or $1,677.12 per square foot. Adam Kruszelnicki sold this condo after 159 days on the market.
