Miami was the top city with 50 sales for a total of $19.322 million. Miami Beach followed with 21 closings for a total of $8.501 million. Aventura had 13 transactions for a total sales volume of $4.326 million.
The top condo sale this week was a luxury unit at Grovenor House in Miami. This spacious five bedroom, 4,026 square foot condo at 2627 South Bayshore Drive in the Coconut Grove neighborhood sold for $3,850,000, or $956.28 per square foot. David Siddons sold this property after being on the market for 81 days.
