The Miami-Dade condo market continues its steady pace through the end of August. This past week, 143 units sold for a total sales volume of $50.302 million. The average price for a condo was $351,766.14, or $264.70 per square foot.
Miami, once again, continues to lead in terms of the number of units sold with 61 closings for a total sales volume of $16.102 million. Sunny Isles followed with $9.595 million in sales volume and 10 units sold. Miami Beach had a strong showing with 18 sales for a total of $6.887 million.
The week’s top sale was Azure at 9401 Collins Avenue in Surfside, which sold for $2,500,000. The 2,485 square foot luxury property, closed at $1,006 per square foot. Mary Cases sold the condo after 110 days on the market.
The Miami-Dade condo market continues to look good as we approach Labor Day.
