CondoWatch Miami: Holding Steady Through the Summer

The Miami-Dade condo market continues to move steadily through the dog days of summer. This past week, 135 condo units sold for a total sales volume of $46.869 million. The average sales price was $347,182.11, or $247.68 per square foot.

Miami was the top city in terms of the number of units closed with 65 transactions and total sales volume with $16.995 million. Bal Harbour had a strong week of luxury sales with $6.385 million over 3 condo closings. Miami Beach followed with 11 transactions for $6.009 million.

The week’s top sale was a luxury condo in the Majestic Towers at 9601 Collins Avenue. This 5,100 square foot property sold for $5,400,000, or $1,058.82 per sq ft. Chad Carroll was the seller’s agent after 91 days on the market.

The Miami-Dade condo market continues to look good as the summer winds down.
