The Miami Dade condo market continued a strong streak this past week. There were 168 sales for a total of $73,586,538. The average price for a condo was $438,015.11, or $315.59 per square foot.
Miami was the top city with 75 closings for a total of $23.623 million. Miami Beach had a total sales volume of $22.837 million and reported 25 transactions. Aventura followed with 20 sales for $6.866 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a spacious two-bedroom unit at The Surf Club Four Seasons in Surfside. This 4,048 square foot property at 9111 Collins Avenue sold for $5,999,000, or $1,481.97 per square foot. Ceiliah Epner sold this condo after being on the market for 122 days.
The outlook for the Miami Dade condo market remains hot as we move into summer.
