The Miami-Dade County condo market had yet another impressive week. The county had 145 units sold for a total sales volume of $47 Million. The average price for a condo was $323,950, the average price per square foot was $265.96, and average days on market was 139.
Miami Beach was at the top spot again this week making it three weeks in a row. South Beach had 22 units sold for a total of $16 Million, and an average price of $740,428. In addition, 50% of the top ten condo sales this week came from Miami Beach. Miami stayed at second with 52 sales and a total sales volume of $12 Million.
The top sale this week was a unit located in the Hilton Bentley of Miami Beach. The luxury condo unit sold for $5.9 Million and $3,138 a square. The large 4,456 square foot unit was on the market for just over 2 months and was sold by Jeffrey Miller.
