Miami was the top city with 54 sales for a total of $15.639 million. Miami Beach had 24 closings for $11.395 million. Bal Harbour followed with a sales volume of $6.918 million on 4 transactions.
The top condo sale this week was a luxury unit at St. Regis Bal Harbour. This spacious, four bedroom, 4,500 square foot condo at 9705 Collins Avenue sold for $5,150,000, or $1,144.44 per square foot. This property was sold by Inga Boutboul after being on the market for 271 days.
