Miami was the top city with 57 closings for a total of $15.927 million. Miami Beach had a total sales volume of $12.960 million with a reported 31 sales. Bal Harbour followed with 3 transactions for a total of $8.159 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a luxury unit at St. Regis in Bal Harbour. This spacious four-bedroom, 4,801 square foot property at 9701 Collins Avenue sold for $5,200,000, or $1,083.11 per square foot. Folko Weltzien sold this condo after 162 days on the market.
