After a strong two weeks in July with each week bringing in more than $60 million, this week’s condo -sales in Dade County fell to just $43 million; an impressive showing nonetheless- but the slowest week of the month overall.
In total, the month of July has seen $166 million in total condo sales with a week still to go, and just $54 million short of last month’s total sales of $220 million, posing the question if Miami will be able to finish July on a strong note to compensate for this week’s subpar performance.
On the average, this week’s Miami condos sold for $299,836 and an average price per square foot of just over $244. Unlike past slower weeks, Miami Beach was ahead of Brickell and downtown Miami in condo sales, contributing $13 million in total volume and 59 total sales.
