Miami Beach was the top city, recording a total volume of $22.872 million across just 15 sales. Miami reported 47 closings for a total of $16.120 million. Sunny Isles Beach followed with 4 transactions for $3.952 million.
The top condo sale last week was a luxury unit at Faena House in Miami Beach. This spacious five -bedroom, 4,720 square foot condo at 3315 Collins Avenue sold for a jaw-dropping $13,000,000, or $2,754.24 per square foot. This property was sold by Oren Alexander after 819 days on the market.
The Miami Dade condo market is hopeful that 2018 will be a banner year.
