Miami Beach was the top city, reporting a total sales volume of $13.256 million with 18 sales. Sunny Isles Beach had 5 closings for $6.646 million. Miami followed with 32 transactions for a total of $6.450 million.
The top condo sale this week was a three-bedroom unit at Murano at Portofino in Miami Beach. This spacious, three bedroom, 3,365 square foot condo at 1000 Pointe Drive sold for $6,000,000, or $1,783 per square foot. Darryl Fox sold this property after 98 days on the market.
