The largest sale of the week at $5,200,000 was corner unit 1004 at fabulous Turnberry Ocean Club in Sunny Isles. Maria Bottas represented the Seller and Jessica Blank brought the Buyer. It was another amazing week with 269 Sales totaling $124,362,650. Average Sale Price was $462,314 and 69 Days on Market.
