Miami was the top city with 34 sales for a total of $9.497 million. Miami Beach followed with 16 closings for a total of $7.131 million. Sunny Isles Beach had a total sales volume of $6.555 million with 7 transactions.
The top condo sale this week was a luxury unit at St. Regis Bal Harbour. This spacious four bedroom, 3,558 square foot condo at 9701 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour sold for $5,675,000, or $1,689.99 per square foot. Joelle Oiknine sold this property after 320 days on the market.
