Miami was the top city with 76 sales for a total of $20.741 million. Bal Harbour reported a total sales volume of $16.765 million with just 4 transactions. Miami Beach followed with 23 closings for $11.036 million.
The top condo sale this week was a luxury unit at Oceana Bal Harbour. This spacious three bedroom, 3,992 square foot condo at 10203 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour sold for a jaw-dropping $7,800,000, or $1,953.91 per square foot. This property was sold by Victoria Alvarez Fuentes after just one day on the market.
