The Miami Dade condo market bounced right back after September’s start was slowed by Hurricane Irma. Last week, there were 135 sales for a total sales volume of $51,218,690. The average price for a condo was $379,397.70, or $303.04 per square foot.
Miami was the top city with 54 closings for a total of $15.705 million. Miami Beach reported 18 sales for a total of $10.316 million. Sunny Isles Beach followed with 6 transactions for $5.804 million.
The top condo sale this past week was a three-bedroom unit at Acqualina Ocean Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. This 2,736 square foot condo at 17875 Collins Avenue was sold for $2,850,000, or $1,041.67 per square foot. Ludmila Bogatov sold the condo after being on the market for 330 days.
The outlook continues to look rosy for the Miami Dade condo market as we head into the fall season.
